Refunds

PURCHASED DIGITAL PRODUCTS (pictures, videos, sounds, writtings in PDF files) ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

PURCHASED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

PURCHASED IMMATERIAL SERVICES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Nevertheless, depending on reasons and circumstances, we might offer a voucher of the same value to customers in order to benefit from the same service again. Please read the “Exchanges” pragraph below for more detail.

DONATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Exchanges

We only replace purchased physical items if they are lost, defective or damaged after clearly stating evidence that the actual loss or damage is due to our error and to no other (such as to shipping conditions or customs process). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at anthea@ascensiontoharmony.com within 3 days after receiving the product or by declaring its loss with written evidence, and we will get back to you as quick as possible.

However, we reserve the right to refuse any product exchange if you have signed when receiving it, or if you send us your loss request by email more than 7 days after the expected date of postal arrival as recorded by our official postal shipping services with track ID delivery. The track ID delivery of your parcel will be available on La Poste website and sent to you by email after purchase. Upon delivery, we advise you to check the full content of your package before signing for its receipt.

Regarding purchased immaterial services which coudn’t take place at scheduled time or got interrupted during the time it’s provided (such as for video live sessions online), we might offer you a voucher of the same value in order to benefit from the same service again. Please send a written request by email at anthea@ascensiontoharmony if you wish to ask for a voucher, in justifying why with tangible evidence of your situation. If we do agree on sending you a voucher in exchange of a purchased service that was cancelled, the voucher will be totally unique and nomniative, not to be used by a third person. We reserve the right to reject your request, on a case-by-case basis. If you send us by email a notification of your purchased service cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the schedule date and time, it will be easier to process an eventual gift voucher request.

In case of we need to cancel an immaterial service that you purchased on our website, such as for a video live session online, we will automatically send you a gift voucher of the same value to reschedule that same service again by email. The voucher will be totally unique and nomniative, not to be used by a third person.

Purchased digital products (pictures, videos, sounds, writings in PDF files) cannot be exchanged.

Donations are not exchangable once validated.

Gift items are not exchangable once downloaded.

Donations & gifts

Gifts or financial donations from our Free Energy Exchange website page are not refundable. You will receive an email of confirmation after each financial donation or digital gift download.

Each product available in our Free Energy Exchange page is offered for your personal use only, as all rights are reserved on all of our products and website contents. All contents are created by ©Anthea’s universe and are submitted to copyrights.

Methods of payment

The only methods of payment we accept and can process are those offered on our website for purchases via our Transmissions pages, or for donations via our Exchange pages.

The three different methods of payment available on our website are: Stripe international credit card payment, Paypal payment, and Partially payment plan. Depending on the item for sale and on the total amount in the shopping cart, payment facilities may be offered to customers ranging from 3 to 6 months by using the Partially option, and the Paypal option may open from to 4 months payment.

The delivery of the products or online services ordered by the customer cannot take place until the customer has proceeded to the effective payment of the amount, by choosing one of the three methods of payment mentioned above.

Shipping & customs

Our shipping fees are packages already set up depending on products averrage weight and main shipping destination. We work with secure national French shipping services only – La Poste. The track ID delivery of your parcel will be available on La Poste website and sent to you by email after purchase. Upon delivery, we advise you to check the full content of your package before signing for its receipt.

Customs fees are not included in our current products sales. Depending on your living country, you might have to pay additional customs taxes when receiving the parcel holding the product you have bought on our website. Each country has different customs fees and terms, that is why we have have already lower down all of our physical products prices on sale. We fill up official statement customs forms on each international sending.

In case of your product gets either lost or detained at customs, let us know by e-mail message, sending all track records you hold from your living country, and we will assist for the inconvenience as best as possible. No refund will be done as we are not risponsible of losses and confiscations at customs.
